Change of Address
There are three ways to change your address:
- Online Banking
Change your mailing address through Online Banking. After you log in, change your address under the services tab. - In Person
Stop by any branch, and we can update your address immediately. - Email or Fax
Download and complete our change of address form. Your signature MUST be notarized. Return the completed, signed, notarized form to mobile@memexcu.com or fax it to: 601-923-2511.
Closing Your Account
Did you know you can keep your account open even if you change jobs or move? That’s right! Once you’re a member, you can always be a member. However, if you would like to close your account, you may do so using one of the following methods:
1. In person at one of our branches;
2. Email – Send us your request to mobile@memexcu.com.
